Shipping Options

Most orders are shipped via Canada Post and you can calculate your shipping rate prior to checkout.

Free Shipping is offered for Canadian orders over $150CAD and for US orders over $200CAD. No promo code necessary. Offer valid only on in-stock items, no rainchecks. Offer not valid on previous purchases. Not valid for cash or credit. Offer subject to change at any time and without notice. 

Processing Time

Beautique Canada guarantees orders to be processed and delivered to our shipping carrier within 1-3 business days.

Transit Time

Transit Time begins when your package leaves the shipping carrier's facility and does not include weekends or holidays. Most of our packages are sent expedited and arrive fairly quickly however transit time varies by location as well as the shipping carrier’s load. Beautique Canada is not responsible for the transit times of the shipping carrier.

Duties, Taxes, Customs & Other Fees

International orders may be subject to local import duties,taxes and fees, which you are 100% responsible for. Beautique Canada is not responsible for, nor can we offer, any specific advice regarding any customs-related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.

How will I know when my order ships?

Tracking information will be sent via email(to the email provided in your order) upon shipment of goods and can also be found in your account under your order history. 

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The return shipping cost will be at the buyer’s expense and the return will be net of any original shipping costs paid.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@beautiquecanada.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Any items lost in transit of the return are not the responsibility of Beautique Canada.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If there is a claim that items are damaged or defective, we reserve the right to require you to do some troubleshooting to determine the nature of the issue and make a judgment if they are in fact damaged or defective. For example, we may request photos of the products or videos to demonstrate you using the products to ensure they are being used properly. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that all shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too(generally 2-7 business days).

If the returned items are found not to be in the condition required, your return will be denied and you can choose to pay to have the items shipped back to you.

Cancelling an Order

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at info@beautiquecanada.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or changed.
